Become acquainted with the whole coffee industry - growing,
processing, roasting, packing, and trading of high-end quality coffee
with one of the oldest Boquete coffee family - four generations of
coffee growers.

This visits features the following:
  • Coffee Plantation site and its better-than shade-grown coffee
    strategy of growing coffee
  • Wet and Dry Artisan Green Processing facility and its challenge
    to keep traceability through out the system
  • Coffee Lab where you will learn about roasting profiles, cup
    profiles of quality coffees
  • Ruiz Coffee Shop to taste coffee roasting profiles and hear
    some final remarks on coffee. The Ruiz Coffee Shop presents
    to all customers an array of preparation, cup profiles and
    selected coffees from the beautiful Boquete Valley as finished
    products. Enjoy here different coffee beverages and also our
    home-made pastry.

Dress casual, use long sleeves & pants when possible & cap. If you
are susceptible to mosquito bites, use repellent. If it is required some
health cautious, let us know. Be ready to do some walking.

Transportation & pick-up provided for designated hotels and hostels.

Special arrangements are available for: bigger visitors groups,
students & researchers, corporate training or visits, & families activities.
